Flatbread – pizza in two ways

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ can pineapple, in pieces (580 ml)
  • 1 can of tuna in its own juice (200g)
  • 2 slices of cooked ham (approx. 100g)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 large flatbread(s) (300g)
  • 500 g tomatoes, chopped (from the packet)
  • 2 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Drain pineapple. Drain tuna, and finely chop ham. Peel onion and slice into rings. Halve flatbreads crosswise. Place the halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread tomatoes on the bread. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning, salt, and pepper. Top one half with ham and pineapple, and the other with tuna pieces and onion. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese on the tuna pizza, then spread the rest over the ham pizza. Bake pizzas in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
