Flatbread with Garlic

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 cube Yeast fresh
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water
  • For painting:
  • 1 tbsp Gyros spice
  • 0,5 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 2 Chinese garlic
  • Parchment paper

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the yeast in the water and the tablespoon of oil. Mix the flour, salt and sugar. Slowly add the yeast-oil mixture and knead a smooth dough with your hands. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and mix with the oil, spice and oregano. Put aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough to the size of a baking sheet on a lightly milled surface and place on top. Brush with the garlic oil. Bake in the hot oven for 20-30 minutes. If the garlic gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil. Take out and let cool down.
