Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml Baileys Irish Cream or other chocolate liqueur
- 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 50 ml milk
- 80 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Caution: alcoholic! – perfect for the ice cream maker
Mix all ingredients well together and add to the ice cream maker.
