Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of whipped cream
  • 100 g meringue(s)
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff, add the vanilla sugar. Crumble the meringue and fold it into the cream. Let the fruit thaw slightly, then fold it into the mixture. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and place it in the freezer. Let it thaw for about half an hour before eating.
