Super lemony lemon ice cream – à la floo

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 lemons (organic, these are more flavorful)
  • 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 200 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar, approximately, depending on the acidity of the lemons

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

for the ice cream maker – my family’s favorite ice cream

Squeeze the lemons and mix well with the other ingredients. Pour into the ice cream maker and wait until the delicious ice cream is ready. It goes great with my sour cream orange waffles (without cinnamon in the batter).
