  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 120 g apricot(s), dried
  • 70 g papaya, dried or dried plums
  • 45 g cranberries, dried
  • 120 g almond(s), chopped
  • 35 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 25 g butter
  • possibly chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Not too sweet, easy to make. Makes about 35 cookies.

Cut all solid ingredients into very small cubes. Bring the cream to a boil and add all the ingredients except the butter, stirring well. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the butter and melt, stirring well. Season to taste and sweeten with a little sugar if desired. The mixture should be slightly thick but not form large lumps. Allow to cool briefly, then use two spoons to place small heaps onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes. If you like, you can also use wafers and cover with chocolate coating to taste.
