Flower Rocoli Pate

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Salt

  • 0,5 head Cauliflower
  • 0,5 head Broccoli
  • 3 a cup Sour cream or sour cream
  • 4 piece Free range eggs
  • Salt, black and white pepper, nutmeg
  • Cheese (any)
  1. Knead the ingredients for the dough with a little water to form an elastic dough. Divide these into 3 balls. Roll out as big, as thin and as round as possible. Place these thin dough towels on a greased round dish and drizzle with butter or oil in layers. Put the finely chopped vegetables in the batter and pour the mixed sour cream and egg mixture over it. Cover with cheese and loosely tuck the dough that is hanging over the edges in the middle of the mold. Brush again with butter or oil (butter is better :)). Bake at 180 degrees until golden yellow for about 1 hour and enjoy. Also a pleasure cold from the fridge … 🙂
