Tea Cake
The perfect tea cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Cornstarch
- 1 Pr Salt
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Cup Oil
- 3 piece Free range eggs
- Dried, grated vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth and creamy dough. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at approx. 160 degrees for approx. 40 – 50 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and leave to taste.
