Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels, approx. 150 g each
- 1 large onion(s) , or 2 small ones
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 4 pieces of aluminum foil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Slice the tomatoes, onion, and garlic into rings/slices. Oil the schnitzels and season with salt and pepper, then place each on a piece of aluminum foil. Distribute the thinly sliced garlic among the 4 schnitzels, then arrange the onion on top, followed by the tomatoes, and finally the feta cheese. Wrap the schnitzels securely in the aluminum foil. Pierce the foil 2-3 times and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35-45 minutes. Baguette goes well with this.
