Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 120 ml syrup (glucose syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl and fold in the remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon. Knead until a firm mixture forms. Color with food coloring if desired. Sugar-coated rose petals would look great as a decoration!
