Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 900 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp rose water
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 120 ml syrup (glucose syrup)
Instructions

a delicious – fragrant dress for summer cakes
Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl and fold in the remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon. Knead until a firm mixture forms. Color with food coloring if desired. Sugar-coated rose petals would look great as a decoration!
