Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 125 g quark
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • e.g. paprika powder, curry or herbs
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, rinse well, and cut into small cubes. Combine the eggs with the sour cream, quark, onion, pepper, and salt. Season with paprika, curry, or chopped herbs to taste. Finally, gently stir in the cream. TIP! The mixture can be divided as often as you like and prepared with different spices. This way, you can create a wide variety of sauces with little effort.
