Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ liter of cider or white wine
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 6 sheets of red gelatin
  • ¼ liter whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Soak the gelatin in cold water, then squeeze it out gently. Dissolve it in a water bath according to the package instructions. Mix with wine and sugar and chill until the dish begins to set. Then fold in the whipped cream and pour into glass bowls.
