Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pkt. pizza dough from the refrigerated section, 400 g
  • 1 pack of creamed spinach, frozen, 450 g
  • 2 slices of Gouda
  • 1 ball of mini mozzarella
  • 6 sausages (Thuringian)
  • 6 sausages (mini chili sausages)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Defrost the spinach in the microwave. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread it with the defrosted spinach. Cut the Gouda into strips and use them to mark the lines of the playing field. Halve the sausages and place 11 sausage players on each sausage. Place the mini mozzarella balls on the field to form a ball. Bake in an unheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 15 minutes.
