Pretzel stick pizza

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 point pretzel stick(s), frozen
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 1 pack of pizza cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream, approx.
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning, approx.
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place as many pretzel sticks as will fit, tightly packed together. While they thaw slightly, finely slice the spring onions and mix them with the ham, sour cream, and cream cheese in a bowl. Add a little cream so the mixture can be easily spread onto the pretzel sticks and season with pepper. Then spread the mixture over the pretzel sticks, sprinkle with pizza seasoning, and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
