Forest Fruit Muffins

The perfect forest fruit muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 240 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 70 ml Oil
  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Frozen berry mix
  1. Mix all ingredients except for the berries.
  2. Fill the mold halfway with batter and distribute the frozen berries on top.
  3. “Cover” the berries with the rest of the batter.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 ° C with top and bottom heating.
