Forest Mushrooms on Pumpkin Seed Bread
The perfect forest mushrooms on pumpkin seed bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Forest mushrooms cleaned
- 200 g Onion cubes
- 50 g Butter
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 4 Discs Fresh pumpkin seed bread
- Butter
- Salt
- 1 Tomato for garnish
- Thoroughly clean / brush the mushrooms (attention: do not wash!) And cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion cubes vigorously / stir-fry. Add the mushrooms and sauté / stir-fry. Season with salt (½ teaspoon) and pepper (½ teaspoon). Serve the mushrooms with fresh bread (here: pumpkin seed bread), garnished with tomato halves and serve butter and salt.
