Forest Mushrooms on Pumpkin Seed Bread

  • 400 g Forest mushrooms cleaned
  • 200 g Onion cubes
  • 50 g Butter
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Discs Fresh pumpkin seed bread
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • 1 Tomato for garnish
  1. Thoroughly clean / brush the mushrooms (attention: do not wash!) And cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion cubes vigorously / stir-fry. Add the mushrooms and sauté / stir-fry. Season with salt (½ teaspoon) and pepper (½ teaspoon). Serve the mushrooms with fresh bread (here: pumpkin seed bread), garnished with tomato halves and serve butter and salt.
