Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 400 g minced meat (half + half)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1.2 liters of meat broth
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder (sweet)
  • Oil (sunflower oil)
  • Maggi or some Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

when things need to be done quickly…

Slice the leek into thick rings. Heat a little oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Season with salt and paprika. Add the leek pieces and the uncooked pasta to the minced meat, pour in the broth, and stir in the tomato paste. Cover. Bring everything to a boil briefly, then simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Adjust seasoning if desired.
