Ingredients
- 700 g Potatoes
- 400 g Franconian bratwurst raw
- 1 cups Cream
- 4 Onion
- 3 Toes Garlic
- 0,5 bunch Chives, parsley
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions
- Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook for about 10 minutes. Peel, halve and slice the onions and garlic.
- Press out the sausage meat and fry small dumplings in the pan with a little oil. Add the onions, garlic and potatoes and fry them.
- Pour in the cream and approx. 1 cup of water and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and cut salmon rolls.
