Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- some nutmeg
- 20 g starch flour
- ½ liter of beer
- ½ liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Then stir in the cornstarch, beer, water, and spices and whisk on the stovetop. Bring to a boil and serve immediately.
