Fish: Marinated Herrings in Cream – Yogurt
The perfect fish: marinated herrings in cream – yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 glass Bismarck herring canned
- 6 piece Tomato vine tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- Salt a.d.M.
- Pepper a.d.M
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 a cup Natural yoghurt
- Halve the pegs lengthways and roll them up, place in a bowl. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and place with the herrings.
- Peel the onion, cut into thin slices and distribute on the fish rolls.
- Now mix the cups with the cream and yoghurt, season with salt and pepper and pour over the herrings.
- Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to pull through.
- Side 5: fried potatoes and a salad
