Fish: Marinated Herrings in Cream – Yogurt

The perfect fish: marinated herrings in cream – yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 glass Bismarck herring canned
  • 6 piece Tomato vine tomato
  • 1 piece Onion
  • Salt a.d.M.
  • Pepper a.d.M
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 a cup Natural yoghurt
  1. Halve the pegs lengthways and roll them up, place in a bowl. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and place with the herrings.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into thin slices and distribute on the fish rolls.
  3. Now mix the cups with the cream and yoghurt, season with salt and pepper and pour over the herrings.
  4. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to pull through.
  5. Side 5: fried potatoes and a salad
