Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ¼ liter dry red wine
  • ½ liter beef broth
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup cream
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the meat and brown it well in batches in coconut oil. Add the diced onions and the crushed garlic clove. Also add the quartered mushrooms and the finely sliced ​​carrots. Deglaze with red wine and broth, and season. Simmer over very low heat for about 2 hours. Add the cream, bring back to a boil, and season to taste. Serve with pasta, homemade spaetzle, or simply baguette.
