Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate, bitter
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 50 g cane sugar
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • 5 cl rum or tequila

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the milk with the vanilla pods and let it steep for 10 minutes. Remove the vanilla pods, scrape out the seeds, and place them in a bowl. Add the grated dark chocolate and dissolve it in 1/4 liter of lukewarm water. Stir in the warm milk, then add the honey, cane sugar, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt, and rum or tequila. Serve the chocolate very cold or very hot.
