French Broiche
The perfect french broiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Wheat flour
- 60 g Sugar
- 60 g Butter
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 Egg
- 250 ml Lukewarm milk
- Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in the bowl of the food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and 20 !! Knead min.
- Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Knead for another 3 minutes.
- Put in a greased and floured form and let rise for another hour. Brush with condensed milk or egg yolk ..
- Bake at 150 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes ..
