French Broiche

The perfect french broiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Wheat flour
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 60 g Butter
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 ml Lukewarm milk
  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in the bowl of the food processor.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and 20 !! Knead min.
  3. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  4. Knead for another 3 minutes.
