Meat Fritters with Mashed Potatoes
The perfect meat fritters with mashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 disc Toast
- 0,5 bunch Chives, some parsley
- 6 Pc. Potato
- 250 ml Milk for mashed potatoes
- 100 ml Milk for toast
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Cut the onions and toast into cubes, chop up the chives. Put toast cubes in 100ml milk and let stand for 3 minutes.
- Add the onions, egg, toast cubes and chives to the minced meat and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the potatoes in a saucepan filled with water and cook for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, premed the meat fritters and place them in the pan.
- When the potatoes are tender after 20 minutes, drain the water. Peel the potatoes and put them back in the saucepan.
- Add a little butter to the 250 ml milk and now mash the potatoes. When that is done, add a pinch of salt and nutmeg and stir. Finished
- Arrange the meat fritters and mashed potatoes on the plate and decorate with a little parsley. Good Appetite.
