Meat Fritters with Mashed Potatoes

The perfect meat fritters with mashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 disc Toast
  • 0,5 bunch Chives, some parsley
  • 6 Pc. Potato
  • 250 ml Milk for mashed potatoes
  • 100 ml Milk for toast
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Cut the onions and toast into cubes, chop up the chives. Put toast cubes in 100ml milk and let stand for 3 minutes.
  1. Add the onions, egg, toast cubes and chives to the minced meat and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. Put the potatoes in a saucepan filled with water and cook for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, premed the meat fritters and place them in the pan.
  1. When the potatoes are tender after 20 minutes, drain the water. Peel the potatoes and put them back in the saucepan.
  1. Add a little butter to the 250 ml milk and now mash the potatoes. When that is done, add a pinch of salt and nutmeg and stir. Finished
  1. Arrange the meat fritters and mashed potatoes on the plate and decorate with a little parsley. Good Appetite.
