French Brownies
The perfect french brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 130 g Butter
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 120 g Shelled walnuts
- 60 g Flour
- 120 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
Melt
- Melt the butter together with the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring regularly.
Prepare nuts
- Chop the walnuts very roughly with a knife. The bits should later be easily “recognizable” / biteable.
Preheat oven
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
Knead dough
- Mix the flour, sugar, eggs and walnuts in a bowl. As soon as the chocolate has melted, stir it in evenly.
Bake brownies & chopsticks sample
- Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 15-20 minutes. Use the stick sample to make sure the brownies are done.
