French Brownies

The perfect french brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 130 g Butter
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 120 g Shelled walnuts
  • 60 g Flour
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs

Melt

  1. Melt the butter together with the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring regularly.

Prepare nuts

  1. Chop the walnuts very roughly with a knife. The bits should later be easily “recognizable” / biteable.

Preheat oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.

Knead dough

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, eggs and walnuts in a bowl. As soon as the chocolate has melted, stir it in evenly.

Bake brownies & chopsticks sample
