Pasta with Spinach …

- 50 g Frozen spinach
- Salt
- Butter
- 0,5 Shallot
- Nutmeg
- 50 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Pepper and salt
- 100 g Sheep cheese
- Heat the spinach with a little water and salt. Cover and cook on a low flame for about 5 minutes. Take off the stove.
- Peel the shallot and dice finely. Sauté in a little butter until translucent. Add the spinach. Season with nutmeg. Mix everything and heat again briefly.
- Cut the sheep’s cheese into slices approx. 1 to 1.5 cm thick. Whisk the egg. Season breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
- Pull the sheep’s cheese through the egg and turn in the breadcrumbs. Repeat the whole thing. Fry until golden brown in hot fat.
- Arrange the spaghetti together with the breaded sheep’s cheese on a plate.
