Pasta with Spinach …

The perfect pasta with spinach … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Frozen spinach
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • 0,5 Shallot
  • Nutmeg
  • 50 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Pepper and salt
  • 100 g Sheep cheese
  1. Heat the spinach with a little water and salt. Cover and cook on a low flame for about 5 minutes. Take off the stove.
  2. Peel the shallot and dice finely. Sauté in a little butter until translucent. Add the spinach. Season with nutmeg. Mix everything and heat again briefly.
  3. Cut the sheep’s cheese into slices approx. 1 to 1.5 cm thick. Whisk the egg. Season breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
  4. Pull the sheep’s cheese through the egg and turn in the breadcrumbs. Repeat the whole thing. Fry until golden brown in hot fat.
  5. Arrange the spaghetti together with the breaded sheep’s cheese on a plate.
