Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 275 g puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
  • 150g salami
  • 5 Vienna sausages
  • 400 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 1 tbsp coffee cream
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Grease a springform pan. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it to fit the springform pan. Cut the salami into small cubes and the Vienna sausages into thin slices. Dissolve the broth in a little water and mix with the cheese, eggs, salami, Vienna sausages, and coffee cream. Spread the mixture on the puff pastry base. Cut the remaining puff pastry and place it on top of the mixture as a lattice. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
