Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g butter, melted
- 150 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil (not olive oil!)
- 200 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sift flour into a large bowl and make a well in the center. Add eggs and butter to the well and mix until a smooth paste forms. Add milk and stir until a smooth, lump-free batter forms. Add oil and salt. Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preparation: Heat oil in a large, shallow pan until very hot and spread a ladleful of batter evenly. Can be eaten sweet or savory.
