Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch of onion(s), grated
  • 1 pinch of hot paprika powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ tsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the egg yolk with the remaining ingredients, except the oil. Add the oil a spoonful at a time and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
