Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 figs, ripe or very ripe, cut into pieces
  • ½ lime(s), the juice
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

with Noire de Coromb – figs

Finely puree the figs with sugar, salt, and lime juice. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the fig mixture. Finally, freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker or in the freezer.
