French Fries with Ketchup and Mayonnaise

Ingredients
 

  • Pineapple fresh
  • 80 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • Spray cream or "real" or natural yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the pineapple and cut into french-sized sticks.
  • Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree the strawberries with the lime juice and powdered sugar. (Raspberries will also work, then you may need to strain the puree through a sieve).
  • Arrange the pineapple on a plate with the strawberry puree and cream. Serve with a skewer ... 😉
  • Also suitable for big children ... 😉
