Strawberry Cookies
The perfect strawberry cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Fresh lime
- 100 g Fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 80 g Ground almonds
- 200 g Flour
- 0,5 Fresh lime
- 100 g Fresh strawberries
- Powdered sugar
- Squeeze the lime. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree the strawberries, lime juice and powdered sugar.
- Mix the butter, sugar and almonds together. Add the strawberry puree and stir in. Sift the flour over it. Knead with the rest of the ingredients. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a little flour. Cut out biscuits and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Squeeze the lime. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree the strawberries and lime juice. Mix the powdered sugar with the strawberry puree until smooth. Glaze cookies with it and let them dry.
