Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the lettuce, tear into bite-sized pieces, and place in a bowl. Make a dressing from oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, pour over the salad, and mix well. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, strain the egg yolks through a sieve directly onto the salad, sprinkle the coarsely chopped egg whites on top, and serve without stirring.
