Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g peppercorns, black
  • 15 g long pepper, whole
  • 1 tsp pepper (Tasmanian mountain pepper), whole
  • 1 tbsp cumin, whole
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp pepper (grains of paradise), whole
  • 1 tsp cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients and grind finely or crush in a mortar and pestle. The mixture can also be used for marinating. This amount is enough for a 150 ml jar. A super flavor for BBQs. Always prepare small batches, as ground spices lose their flavor more quickly.
