Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 g peppercorns, black
- 15 g long pepper, whole
- 1 tsp pepper (Tasmanian mountain pepper), whole
- 1 tbsp cumin, whole
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp pepper (grains of paradise), whole
- 1 tsp cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients and grind finely or crush in a mortar and pestle. The mixture can also be used for marinating. This amount is enough for a 150 ml jar. A super flavor for BBQs. Always prepare small batches, as ground spices lose their flavor more quickly.
