Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup hazelnuts, ground
- 1 ½ cup(s) sugar, up to 2 cups if desired
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1 shot of rum
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Most ingredients are measured using cups (coffee mugs).
The cup used as a measure holds 250 ml. Grease a 26 cm tube-bottomed baking pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer (approx. 3-5 minutes). Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for approximately 1 hour.
