Fresh Asparagus with Potatoes and Boiled Ham

The perfect fresh asparagus with potatoes and boiled ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Poles Fresh asparagus
  • 2 Pc. Potatoes
  • 4 Discs Boiled ham
  • 40 g Ham cubes from raw Black Forest ham
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  1. Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces (see illustration). Cook in salted water with a pinch of sugar for about 20 minutes.
  2. Fry the ham cubes in butter and pour over the asparagus
  3. Add the boiled potatoes and 2 slices of ham each. You can go back to gardening (laughs).
