- 8 Fresh asparagus
- 2 Potatoes
- 4 slices Boiled ham
- 40 g Ham cubes from raw Black Forest ham
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces (see illustration). Cook in salted water with a pinch of sugar for about 20 minutes.
- Fry the ham cubes in butter and pour over the asparagus
- Add the boiled potatoes and 2 slices of ham each. You can go back to gardening (laughs).
