Ingredients
 

  • 6 Discs Boiled ham
  • 1 bunch Fresh asparagus
  • 6 large Potato
  • 2 bag Sauce Holondäs
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the asparagus and potatoes.
  • Put both in a pot and cook the potatoes for 20 minutes and the asparagus for 15 minutes.
  • During this time, grease your roaster and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • When the asparagus is ready, place 3 asparagus spears on a slice of ham and roll it up. Put the rolls in the roaster and let sizzle for 10 minutes.
  • During this time, take 1/2 liter of water, bring it to a boil and add the Holondäs sauce. let simmer for the whole 2min. Finished.
  • Pour the potatoes off and put the asparagus rolls and potatoes on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Now a little parsley to decorate, done. Good Appetite.
