Rhubarb and Quark Layered Dessert

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Rhubarb
  • 3 Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Strawberry jam
  • 100 ml Rhubarb juice
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • *******Quark*****
  • 300 g Quark
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla flavor
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar - can also be a little more
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 60 g Amarettini almond biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Wash the rhubarb, peel and cut into small pieces - a little brown sugar on top - put aside and let it draw the juice.
  • Bring the jam to the boil with half of the juice - add the rhubarb and simmer briefly.
  • Mix the cornstarch with the rest of the juice and stir into the rhubarb - bring to the boil - put in a bowl and allow to cool.
  • Mix the quark ingredients until creamy.
  • Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and chop
  • Now take 2 beautiful glasses - a layer of Amarettini - a layer of rhubarb - a layer of quark and continue like this until everything is all gone.
  • If you want, you can add some more amaretto to the amarettini - enjoy your meal; 🙂
