Fresh Bergisch Salad Plate with Hearty Sour Cream Dressing

- 1 Pc. Lollo rosso
- 1 Pc. Lollo bianco
- 1 Bowl Lamb’S lettuce
dressing
- 200 g Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt and pepper

- Wash the lettuce well under cold water and allow to drain. (Tip: Use a salad spinner to drain, then the lettuce leaves stay nice and crisp.) Then the heads of lettuce must be cleaned and plucked into bite-sized pieces. Then put in a bowl and refrigerate.
dressing
- Mix the beaker of sour cream with the cooking oil to a cream and add the white balsamic vinegar along with the spices. Mix everything well again. Before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and mix with salad servers.
