Fresh Bergisch Salad Plate with Hearty Sour Cream Dressing

  • 1 Pc. Lollo rosso
  • 1 Pc. Lollo bianco
  • 1 Bowl Lamb’S lettuce

dressing

  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Wash the lettuce well under cold water and allow to drain. (Tip: Use a salad spinner to drain, then the lettuce leaves stay nice and crisp.) Then the heads of lettuce must be cleaned and plucked into bite-sized pieces. Then put in a bowl and refrigerate.
