- 6 Jacket potatoes
- 4 Spring onions fresh
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 0,25 bunch Fresh dill
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes, spring onions into rings, smoked salmon into cubes or fine strips. Finely chop the dill.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, mix well - done!
