  • 1 apple
  • 5 Physalis
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 grapefruit(s)
  • 2 sprigs peppermint
  • 10 pomegranate seeds
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 200 ml tea (chamomile tea), unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Core the apple, hollow out the kiwis, and peel the grapefruit. Blend everything in a blender and serve.
