Fresh Fruit Tart
The perfect fresh fruit tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Water
- 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 200 g Vanilla pudding
- 200 g Blueberries
- 200 g Raspberries
- 1 Pc. Pomegranate
- 5 Pc. Physalis
- Powdered sugar
- Mint leaves
- Put the sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Gradually add the water, sunflower oil and the eggs to the mixture. Stir the mixture until smooth. Grease tart tins with butter and dust with flour. Depending on the depth of the individual forms, add a good tablespoon of the mixture to the individual tart forms. Filled molds for 15 minutes at 170 degrees top and bottom heat in the oven. After the cakes have cooled completely, pour a vanilla pudding of your choice on the individual cakes. Decorate the tart with the individual berries and fruits. Mint leaf and physalis too. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and serve.
