Fresh Grain Muesli

The perfect fresh grain muesli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Bio wheat coarsely ground
  • 10 g Linseed
  • 20 g Raisins
  • 20 g Prunes
  • 1 Medium sized banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 200 ml Water
  1. Preparation:
  2. Mix the wheat meal, linseed, raisins and prunes and soak in the water for about 12 hours.
  3. Then mix in bananas, apples and, if you like, other fresh fruit and yoghurt.
  4. Can be expanded at any time with … dried fruits, nuts, coconut flakes, lemon juice, etc.
  5. If you want it sweeter, you can ….. add honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, etc.
  6. I didn’t have any prunes in stock … I added dried cranberries and some blueberries.
  7. Tip 7: make double the amount, transfer to a bowl and cover in the refrigerator.
