Fresh mint dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt (10%, 150 g each)
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, mixed from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar or white sugar
  • 1 handful of mint, fresh
  • some lemon peel, untreated, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the fresh mint to allow its aroma to develop. Mix with the Greek yogurt, sea salt, and freshly ground pepper. The zest of an unsprayed lemon adds a touch of freshness. This is a matter of taste, though. You can also add a few squeezes of lemon juice. It’s best to prepare this the day before serving, so the mint can fully develop its aroma. This dip goes perfectly with any kind of grilled meat. It’s also great on its own with a fresh baguette or Turkish flatbread.
