Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) leek, medium
- 1 large can of pineapple
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- little salt
- little pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drain the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Roughly dice the ham. Clean the leek and slice it into rings, keeping half of the green parts. Mix the crème fraîche or sour cream with the mayonnaise. Season with a little salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well and serve. Note: The quantities of the salad and dressing ingredients can be adjusted according to taste.
