Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 10 strawberries
  • 400 g yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp jam (e.g. apricot), if desired
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with strawberries, banana and pear

First, core and peel the pear. Cut the banana, strawberries, and pear into small pieces. Place the fruit in a blender along with the yogurt and milk, along with the jam if desired. You can add a little more lemon juice if it’s too sweet.
