Braised cucumber quick and easy

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 cucumber(s), pitted, diced
  • 2 cups of yogurt (150 g each)
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • some tomato paste
  • Chives (frozen)
  • Dill (frozen)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

inexpensive, fast, tasty

Brown the minced meat in a pan until crumbly, then sauté the onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the tomato paste. Add the diced cucumber and simmer until well combined (about 10 minutes). Finally, stir in the yogurt over low heat and season with herbs.
