Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 cucumbers
- 300 g cream cheese with salmon
- 25 g sour cream
- 250 g crab
- Thyme, fresh
Instructions

Suitable for any party or as finger food
Wash the cucumbers and dry them. Cut them into 4 cm wide pieces. Then hollow out the cucumber with a teaspoon, leaving a cucumber base. Mix the Philadelphia cheese with the sour cream. Count the sliced cucumber pieces and set aside the same amount of crab. Stir the remaining crab into the salmon cream. Fill the hollowed-out cucumbers with the cream, place a crab on each one, and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
