  • 2 cucumbers
  • 300 g cream cheese with salmon
  • 25 g sour cream
  • 250 g crab
  • Thyme, fresh

Suitable for any party or as finger food

Wash the cucumbers and dry them. Cut them into 4 cm wide pieces. Then hollow out the cucumber with a teaspoon, leaving a cucumber base. Mix the Philadelphia cheese with the sour cream. Count the sliced ​​cucumber pieces and set aside the same amount of crab. Stir the remaining crab into the salmon cream. Fill the hollowed-out cucumbers with the cream, place a crab on each one, and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
