Zucchini rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • Cheese (butter cheese), sliced
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the zucchini into slices lengthwise. This is best done with a vegetable peeler. Season the slices with salt and pepper and briefly fry them in olive oil. Remove from the pan and top with the buttered cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
