Fridge Rolls
The perfect fridge rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Flour
- 20 g Yeast fresh
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 340 g Lukewarm water
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough (min. 5 minutes). Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, fan-assisted. Take ten pieces of the dough and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. The pieces don’t have to be even.
- After 15 minutes in the oven, spray with cold water and bake for another 5 minutes.
