Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 20 g Yeast fresh
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 340 g Lukewarm water

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough (min. 5 minutes). Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, fan-assisted. Take ten pieces of the dough and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. The pieces don't have to be even.
  • After 15 minutes in the oven, spray with cold water and bake for another 5 minutes.
